Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using the services offered. By accessing or using this website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Services include but are not limited to UX design, graphic design, branding, and other creative solutions. Each project will be guided by a mutual understanding on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property

All work created remains the intellectual property of the creator until full payment is received. Clients are granted a license to use the work only for agreed-upon purposes.

4. Payment Terms

• Projects begin after a 40% advance payment.
• The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until complete payment is received.

5. Revisions and Approval

Revisions are limited as per the initial agreement. Additional changes may incur further charges. Final approval closes the design phase; changes afterward are considered new work.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Written notice is required for cancellations. Work completed before cancellation is billable. No refunds are offered after the final approval.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide content (text, images, etc.) on time. Delays in content provision may result in project delays. Accuracy of submitted material is the client’s responsibility.

8. Use of Work for Portfolio

The creator retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or related platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability

All efforts are made to deliver quality results, but liability for damages from use of the work is not assumed. Clients are responsible for final checks before publishing or distribution.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will fall under appropriate local jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates agreement with the updated version.
